Shipping Timeline
We process orders daily and aim to dispatch orders that we have stock of within 1 working day. Delivery times are quoted below. Delivery times are quoted from receipt of shipment email.
Standard UK Delivery = 3-5 working days after receiving shipment email excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
UK Priority Delivery = 1-2 working days after receiving shipment email excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey Delivery = 5-10 working days after receiving shipment email excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
We use DPD for bulky/valuable orders. If the order is received before 12pm and the items are in stock and Priority shipping is selected, the order will be dispatched for Priority delivery. Our Priority shipping is defined as you will receive your goods the following day after receiving the shipping confirmation email
This type of shipping will require a signature. And we advise that a mobile number be provided to so that you can be notified for the 1-hour delivery window that DPD provide on the day of delivery. If no one is going to be around to sign for the parcel[s] we ask that orders are shipped to a business address. This is to avoid any delays where you may not be in to sign for a package and is only available to UK Mainland excluding Highlands and Islands.
Highlands and Islands areas are normally a 2-day delivery service with DPD, you will be notified of any delays.
Why do we display products that are out of stock online?
Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control there are discrepancies with stock levels resulting in out of stock items being reported as in stock. In these cases, we will inform you immediately if there is an alternative or if the item is due back in stock. However, if neither of the options are available we will inform you of our decision to not process your order.
